you can check out bike production at serangoon road. they are usually the cheapest in terms of price and loan interest rate. personally, i didn't enjoy dealing with them.

 

Looi's motor at Kaki Bukit is honestly priced, and you can expect better service relationship. I bought from them. Mah motor seems popular too.

You can do some homework first.

The 400CC 1st launch by Mah P/L was 3 years ago on February at the Padang.

 

The price hasbeen that stable of about 13K since then.
