I'm using Spidy's original exhaust dude... Anyway juz came back from Tai Hin...

They checked the spark plug + carborator, oso did some tuning to the carborator to allow more fuel intake...

 

The fluctuating of the rpm is vastly reduced to only 6k-7k when max throttle, but the speed is still capped at 91km/h...

 

Oh there was some stupid sound from the exhaust at 1st, it happens when i suddenly drop speed from max throttle(after holding on to sometime), sounds like the exhaust trying to spit excess carbon. However the situation was resolved after the service done today...

 

Anyone encountered the speed cap b4?

Wah lao lawrance.. After I met u, my bike no battery le.. Sianzz half.. waste another $20.. Anyway what i said was 130 was the highest i ever reach WITH FULL TROTTLE~! Some more is actually took quite long to reach 130.. like 125kmh.... 1o secs... 126kmh... 9 secs.. 127.. Bla bla bla.. DNA is never a racing bike so i don have high expectations from it.. As long as it don break down can already.. No bike for few days..sianzz...

hmmmm to let go a 50% mod dna at 2.5k is kinda cheap right? its reasonable if its 3.7k rite? u noe.. the regret fees... the tears fees... the miss da low cut corner fees... rite guys??

Hi to all DNAs bikers, i'm selling away FY blue DNA w sme mob but do nt noe hw much to list out the price for tis plate of bike, do advise & thks for yr comments.

Bike problems or need solution pls call/sms 98631534 boon, willing to give advise base on what I know.

Normally is the spark plug cap dirty... Contact prob.... should be solved by sparying contact cleaners and cleaning it with cotton bud.

Well i sold mine FX for 3.5k about half year ago... So u do your maths.

hey people.. im dead meat!!! my coolant got mixed wit my engine oil. oh ****. wat happened eh?? the oil shield broke isit?? do i haf to overhaul?

 

 

might be coolant leaking in from your cylinder head gasket... better do something before your piston head chip off then sure overhual liao lor... haha... italian bikes... :dot:

Picture of ur the dna blue bike? Saw a matt black dna, owner is a malay guy at jurong east? quite interested with it. Actually is thinking of getting aprilia or mito.. but after sawing this bike changes my mind.. tot of riding a more relaxing bike..Can type out the specs of ur bike?

I collected my bike from sunrise and i got a feeling that i became a carrot..firstly, they actually charged me $5 to charge my battery.. then $9 for a normal spark plug, which i think is fine.. Just before i drive off, the mechanic told be something inside which regulate the fuel is spoilted. Suppose to have one inlet for fuel and another for air but apparently, both are intaking fuel.. I have no idea about it and he charged me $65 for it.. worst, still got a workmanship fee of $5.. Can anyone just explain to me how big a carrot am I?

hmmm xenox u just met bugs bunny. try other shops instead lah. do survey of diff shops... there's one at eunos. belong to a ex sunrise's mechanic. give it a try.. to my opinion, those shops doing gilera bikes... their charges are abt the same as piaggio agents. infact some of the stuffs are so much higher than agents. well... for me..some of my bike repair, i got it done at malaysia shops. they charge so much cheaper... but not many noe hw to manage gilera bikes... ive committed my bike to a mechanic over there. he got mine stripped. he's quite an expert now.. heh

Anyway whats the prob with your bike? i believe he mean fuel pump.

They did some tests on the sparks too... oso cleaned the cap... also checked on the spark plug... but doesn't seem to have much improvement... still stuck at 90... recently ard 87 liaoz... yawnz...:cry:

is dna auto or manual, how come got RPM meter....?

I saw Law Ferari....very nice man....

My friend.. what u had just ask, you can easily get online.. If not u can source for the old dna forum.. You can get all ya information there(need to be alittle patient cause the forum is damn long)

 

Anyway, i already let the matter rest already.. Cause ultimately, sunrise got my bike fixed.. Malaysia is cheap, but i had no faith in their mechanics.. U all got any other motortiam to intro next time? Somewhere near geylang(yes, i live there) will be good~

well there are two types available 125cc and 180cc

 

but only the 180cc is bought into singapore

 

as the dna cafe is in the scooter section it would already be an indication that it is a fully auto bike ya :cheeky:

 

most parts are the same as the runners i would say :p :thumb:
