anybody can tell me where to get a good helmet full face flip up for not more than $350? preferably shoei or arai.

Shoei or Arai Full face for $350? I think you might have to wait for clearance sale if wanna buy from shops or dealer... Cos I think the price only went up and never drop down.

Unless 2nd hand ones, there is alot of sellers in this folder I think

 

Thats why my helmet is old, very very old.

I using it too.. very good and comfortable with removable cushion.. LAB got sell.... u must try to bargain to $65..... tactic is after asking for the price.. most prob he will say $70 then u say hmmm... go around to consider.. then maybe they will say $65 out....then grab it!!! cos $65 is a MAssorder price... buy one alone wun get this price one....

anyone knows of one with ventilation that works?

 

cos i found that most dun do its intended function.

hopefully budget type within $100

 

i'm using VR-1 now. have to cut hole in da padding to feel some air.

it's also restricted to the forehead region only.

You can try the ram II lookalikes by mhr,zeus. But the padding is so thick, you'll probably have to cut holes in the padding again. Alternative, start saving up for the release of Arai Ram III :lovestruck:

Life is full of ups and down, I call it roller coaster ride.

The higher you went, the longer the sufferings.

But when you are at the bottom already, you will try to think of those nice moments up there again. But at the same time fear the coming down part.

Some things are, we know it yet we still go and try it.

Till the moment we are off the roller coaster on the platform, some people suffer and puke while some are enjoying the process and laughing to their joy.

does anyone know if the "fixed" price helmets can get discounts or not? anybody got any discount for arai or shoei helmets?

got a gpr helmet at 55 after discount. one mth later it is 45 before discount... maybe the shopkeepers just quote the price according to how naive we look...
