use toothpaste or soft99 to whiten it. then polish with polishing wax to finish

Soft99 is the brand name. you can get it at Any shell petrol kiosk or DIY shop.

BTW once it turn yellow it to late to use Darlie leow. try the soft99 see whether can help.
