DO NOT rely on the warm up ride. That's y its call warm up. Not for u to practice.

 

I think everyone should learn how to complete the plank above 8 secs, at least. So that, during the test when u get nervous, u might go a bit faster then ur usual 8 secs plus, which will be maybe 6 secs and above.

Rod Monteiro (Radio Jockey) was a great student. I remembered he was having lots of fun trying to push himself further on the plank. Trying again and again to beat his own personal timing. From 9secs to 12secs then i think he hit 15secs . After i timed him and told him his timing , i think i remember him saying "Yeah! That's what i'm talking about"

 

I'm able to do the plank on a Class2/2A bike above 40sec.

The moment i was about to to the plank during my Instructors Competition in Japan, i did only 21secs. See the difference on what 'pressure' can do to someone?

ya, you can't choose your bike. but only the 1st few batches of trainee can "choose" the bike because when they go for warm up, they usually will choose back the bike for the TP test and you have to be old enough to be the 1st few batch that go for the test 1st.

 

when you taking over the bike, just give a quick shot asking how the bike condition from the previous trainee that use the bike. if the ans is positive, you are 50% on the line of passing. if ans is negative, just your luck but give your best shot. who knows, a bad condition bike in your hand will becomes a good bike..

it mostly likely means ur psychological side is afraid of doing the u-turn if u had drop/skid etc on ur own before. ( that one u have to overcome urself )

you may REQUEST for a low seat bike, but you cannot choose the condition of the bike.

No doubt that Ducati are the Ferrari of bikes but I personally think that Japanese bikes can perform equally as well. After all, it's the rider, not the bike...right Corse? So what's it gonna be? My guess would be either a Yamaha or Suzuki, think you had enough of Hondas ya? lol
