hmm... izzit it very tight or just a slight rubbing between brake pad and disc plate ?

So hard to move it that affect your riding speed ?

did u change ur rear tire or brake pad recently when problem started ?

some cause i can think of

- tire rim bearing wear off ?

- disc plate/pad dirty ?

- engine mounting ?

its very normal that slight contact between brake pad and disc plate...

need lubricant/oiling for which part ?

i had changed my rear tyre but that was after when this problem occur, even now using the new tyre also experiencing the same thing . cant be the brake pad as the mechanic had say my pad can only last for a few weeks or so.

if i park main stand and turn my rear wheel clockwise or clockwise, its seem almost impossible to turn or push my bike backwards.

I notice there is a drop in my pickup too.. throttle full only hit 100.

Future still having the full servicing promo @ $200nett?

Any idea how much would a rear tire cost? Looking at the stock Pirelli GT5 if possible.

Are new X8 200cc still for sale?

there is no more new X8 200cc since 2007 hence all are 2nd hand one

is the engine same for x8 and x9?

yup they share the same type of engine, likewise for runner.

where's your master key? you should have one master key.. normally held by bikeshop if you get finance from them. in any case your key lost... go find them loh

Anyway is better to keep a spare key at home. So try to get 2 keys when getting your bike if under finance

Hi guys, i juz got mine X8 1 month ago. The fuel consumption is 210-220km...is that normal? coz i read from the forum itself, should be around 250km... I also spoken to the bike shop which i purchase from, they told me diff engine diff fuel consumption...-.-! Also, i feel mine bike start is abit too high, how to change?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks oceanb and kenshi, yeah my bike is under finance so I think they are keeping one key. I'm afraid I'll lose my key thats why I was wondering if I should go duplicate one. I saw one shop that does keys next to Regina...near LAB, anyone tried that shop before?

If your bike is still running in the engine, After run in you will get a better mileage

Depends on the load you are carrying too. I'm almost 70kg and most times I travel city roads rather than highways.

There was once I hit 310 without touching reserve. Was cruising at least 80%that whole tank. And I thought the reserve light was faulty.

is x8 fuel tank smaller? like 10.5l?? heard x9 can clock 350 km easily

12 litre tank. 10litre main, the rest reserve.
