My nsr ah.. whenever go till rpm 5 for all the gear ah.. it will "jerk" heavily le.. i just change the main jet to a bigger wan.. den oil intake quite alot.. but come to top speed gt no problem.. but sometime wan go slow ah.. go till rpm 5-6 will like pull back..

 

anyone share the same problems? can help? thanks alot..

That one I think is standard for all NSRs..Think valve like halfway wanna open so jerk here and there..

true.. all nsr has that problem.. when valve wanna open ah..jerking experience..

 

or maybe u need to tune ur carb..adjust the air and fuel ratio properly cos u just changed ur jet..

yeah bro.. that s true.. i think most sps got that problem.. mine too.. tot that was sum valve timing problem but apparently too bochap to rectify it.. make do lor..when riding just whack above 6 lor.. haha.

 

anyway.. ride safely all nsr riders.. esp during the raining season now..

gosh im stuck at home again.. its been ages since the last outings.. :)

change your jet size back to stock and your mileage will be better. just avoid riding within the jerking rpm.

be4 changing the jet ah.. he told me if i go high speed my piston will jam.. is this true? he sae not enough oil go in..

think for yourself, if the stock jettings cause the piston to jam, all the sp that honda manufactures will have jammed pistons. somethings are based on common sense, don't believe everything that mechanics say, they need to sell items and bikes or else the bike shop will not make much money. for more questions, please ask in the NSR 150 SP thread in the Sportbikes Section.
