Hi guys, I would like to get some advices/opinions.

I am buying a bike full cash from a forum-er. However, I do not have enough cash for the insurance yet.

1) I read somewhere that ownership can still be transferred to buyer(me). Is this true?

2) If transfer is successful, I still cannot ride it but can the previous owner with valid insurance ride it to my place/parking area?

Hope someone can enlighten me with some guide if it is possible. Thanks!!

1) still can do transfer..

2) owner to ride to your carpark..

IMO, if you are the type that cannot resist, dun do this..

pay a deposit and talk to the seller, i'm sure he dun mind waiting for a few more weeks..

then officially take over the bike at LTA and ride home..

Maybe you can consider do the transfer and lay up the bike. After you save up enough for insurance, then buy insurance plus go LTA unlay it.
