As of iOS 4, this is not possible out of the box. But you've got some apps that can do that through wireless:

there are alot of apps that allow u to use your iphone as flash drive "with the help of itunes" i'm using "ipendrive"

as for transferring pictures and playing music u can use dropbox(https://www.dropbox.com/home) , they have 2gb of free storage space which u can upload files(via computer/iphone) and be access with iphone using "dropbox" app
