Hi guys, I'm facing a problem wif my 954. Ok, I just changed a full exhaust system. After which, my idling become inconsistant. Which mean the needle at the tacho will jump +/- 1rpm. B4 I changed the system...everything seems fine..the needle seems firm when idling. But why after changing a full exhaust the idling speed become so consistant?? Pls enlighten me and provide me wif a solution. Thanks!!

not to worry too much, i change mine last time and is normal to have this inconsistant timing. by removing the htev valve ,your air flow of the exhaust is different liao. Fixing a pc3 will help quite abit . How the bike feel now....i think is quite heavy at the low rpm ?

i asked them, according to the malay guy at the basement, he claims that 929 only got legal full sys. no legal slip on/bolt on.

actually, wat are the chances of the TP stopping u to check the pipe? seems like a lot of bikers not having legal ones. the fine is $500 rite?

Its $1000 now.

They give you an avenue for having an aftemarket pipe on, as long as it goes through the LTA inspection.

Because of that, they want to whack those with illegal pipes even harder.

Not worth it leh... one fine can buy one street legal aftermarket pipe. Think about it.
