Hi all the fireblader...Gong Xi Fa Cai!!

 

There are 2 issues which I would heard U guys to comment.

 

1) When I'm riding at around 180km/hr....my wind screen and the head fairing vibrate vigoursly...causing my mirror to shake alot. Ok, I'm riding a CBR954. I notice the 954 head fairing is a bit to soft...since there isn't any bracket to support it. So, to solve the problem, I'm think to a add a piece of bracket to support the head fairing. But where to get the bracket? Or is it possible tat the original wind screen which I'm using cause the vibration at high speed? If like tat, changing the wind screen will solve the vibration problem? I'm blur now. So can anybody enlighten me?

 

2) I'm thinking of changing those Halogen white bulb for my head light. Heard many ppl say it's not recommended to change as this White bulb will have negative effects on my bike circuit. Is it true? Wat negative effect? Why? Oh well, my point of view is....buying a same power rating (eg for mine is 12V 55W) Halogen white bulbs dun see to cause any problem. I guess onli. So any of U guys got change Halogen white bulb b4? Can share ur experience? Or is there any electrical guy to explain to me?

yooo....so r u confirm coming on the 5th march? i oredi told jimmy about it, do keep us inform about u guys' plans. anyway he got ask u to help him buy 1 set spark plug for his bike and 1 tank protector (mine). this time i gotta rush to get a front tyre for my bike, else cant join u guys to ride liau... dammit malacca dun have stock for pirelli tires. :gun:

Bro, sorry to inform U tat on this Coming SAT 19 Feb 05 Trip to ure side is being cancelled. One of my best buddy who is going wif me have a very very bad crash this morning at Woodlands Ave 2 (S'pore). At this rate, I will be cancelling d whole trip n be going only on the March Gd friday. Kindly help me to inform Jimmy also....

I believe most of guy knows him also. He is none other than a 954 white colour paintwork on a 929, Raihan. Think he is d only one who has this paintwork on a 929.

 

Anyway, thanks for d concern n he is doing fine. Help me to look around if there is a 2nd hand oil tank for 929. He need one... n for d rest of d parts, r minor one. Hopefully his fork n rims does not go wrongs, or else this will be a big one.

hmm i think i saw him when i was in spore few months back...

 

about the oil tank, saw a few units in Looi's late last year. can go check out but i dint see whether the thing got rusty inside or not... a new 1 cost 400++ at ever success...

He being wrap up more worst than Melvyn. But he go much slower than Melyyn. Melvyn have an accident at 140km/h at Caltex corner, Raihan go only 60km/h at Woodlands Ave 2 corner. Tat is a big different....

 

Nw, d worst thing has come, his fork one side gone.... Hw to find? Dun tell me go n get a new one.....
