My bike will be going for inspection next month however I'm the subrider. I got this bike during the final stage of TP.

Qns. Can I go on-behalf of the owner ? all the while i'm riding.

Which inspection center more lenient ?

If you got proper insurance coverage then ok.

Vicom is better IMHO. Don't expect to pass with extremely illegal parts.

Safest is to ask the bike shop to send it for inspection. Sure pass.

I prefer Vicom cause it just 5mins away from my house, lol.

same here. lol. each time i go for inspection, the inspectors are never consistent in their checking. some check headlight beams, some dont. some ask me to press horn, some dont. lenient or not, depend on the particular inspector.
