Next Supper cum Top-up Petrol Session for JURONG RIDERS!!!!

 

Details:

 

Date:

27th January 2012

 

Time to Meet:

Meet at 10pm sharp.

(please come 5 mins prior to meeting time)

 

Place to Meet:

MacDonald's opposite Jurong Point

(at the bikepark near the drive thru)

(will be riding in via 2nd Link - TUAS)

 

Supper venue:

Bukit Indah

 

Things to Note to bring when entering Malaysia:

-Cashcard (for Singapore Checkpoint)

-Touch N Go (for Malaysia Toll)

-Please Change your money to RM!!

 

Riding Gear (minimum requirement)

- Long Pants (jeans)

- Covered Shoes

- Half Face Helmet

- Raincoat (in case bopian rain!!)

- Please try use Clear Visor (safety reasons and better visibility)

It's a FRIDAY NIGHT!!! So hopefully all will be free to join Juong Rider's Committee for a supper cum top-up and lepak session :)

shld be ok, but i think my friend @henshin wun join cos he riding x1r. small tank go in malaysia pump like no use.. btw i only go in via woodland checkpoint a few time only, last visit was 20 april 2011. nv go via tuas. i dont hv touch-n-go card. my cashcard left $3+ only. enough? passport valid until 2014, should be can right? will be wearing jeans, tshirt, shoes and half face helmet. wun be wearing glove cos i think will be troublesome cos need to take out passport and the cards all that. what else do i need to know/bring? riding speed will be around? i riding s4 spec 1. btw my rear tyre got repair b4. the shop put the worm inside cos last time kena nail in camp $#%@%!! but no problem riding. only scare once go malaysia tyre got problem. you never know LOL! but will hv to confirm again. see what time book out that day.

Passport expire 2014, no problem, can go in too.

 

Touch and Go: Just bring 10RM I will show you where to buy it and you will be fine.

 

Attire wise is perfect, dont worry.

 

Speed don't worry, we will go accordingly to everyone's pace! Me and @ericpingru will coordinate and takecare, don't worry. In fact @monsieur also riding super 4, so it's good, got company, same bike!!

Jurong Rider's pls share your rides and the FC of your rides and what you like best about your ride?

 

Start with me:

I ride a Honda Hornet 600cc, FC is around 22-23km/litre. I like the fact that, streetbikes are very practical firstly in Singapore City Riding, Honda makes fantastic engines! Heads up HONDA!! Bike allows me have the streetfighter feel as well as the cool Ahpek style riding whenever I need :)

When touring, its usually the rider that give way first before the bike itself.

Hey guys, hope those who celebrating Chinese New Year are enjoying and having a good one. Sorry been AWOL past few days...hahahaa...got charge ppl or not????? :angel:

 

So 3 more days to our next meeting up session!!! Looking forward to it...and meeting you all.

 

Sold my R1 guys, @plasticprison and @ridewanu got myself a more economical/and all-rounder streetbike for city use!!
