The newly renovated S21? Used to be Yishun Seafood. They open till late too. Near Semb Park there's Buckaroos. They've got awersome buffalo wings!

 

Chong Pang? If U mean Chong Pang Nasi Lemak... that's on Semb Road what! Doesn't belong to those Yishun ppl! J/K!
