cant pay up the repair cost

saw a bike parked in motor shop for year and ask the boss how come no one come to collect the bike??he told me owner no money to pay for the repair so just leave the bike in the shop for year call him to pay up but owner no reply.bike shop want to charge him for storage of his bike in his shop.anyone can answer this ???

owner told bikeshop to overhaul engine chrome the whole bike and spray the new paint but when contact the owner to collect the bike ok ok coming down he disappear.phone line cut nowhere to contact him.

I've heard some bike shops owner complained before regarding this. Some people rather spend $$$ doing up their bike, rather than paying installments or repair bills. Lots of these funny people around.

Haha nothing to b surprised... Tis stupiak pple tot having vehicle is ez... Mthly salary $1500 then buy big cc bike n mthly installment $400 they say ok... Didnt tink of e running cost, service, repair etc... Cant pay, bike kena repo then kaopei say bikeshop didnt understand their problem they facing etc... Seeing tis kind of mangkuk juz make me lmfao !!!

Im not sure if vehicles are bound by the same rule as property but if the owner doesnt claim it after a long time cant the shop take legal ownership of the vehicle and sell it off? O.o

Sell confirm lose $$ so nxt is get a buyer to COI e bike n put 2nd name, if kena responsible buyer, good for them but else its gonna b many2 problem.. Kena accident confirm mangkuk coz it will affect e owner's premium...
