Modding bike with wheel lights

Just thought whether is it legal in Singapore to install this kind of lighting system on the bikes. If so, just want to know where, as I have never seen one of these in Singapore before.

Its a combination of very kilat chrome high polish rims + strategicly placement of led strips

Do take note that any other lightings besides stock lightings on your bike can be issued a fine.

Guess so as I was giving a warning of getting fined about having additional lightings then you suddenly talk about wearing slippers.

Actually, as long as it is a light emitting mechanism like LEDs and bulbs, etc, they're illegal unless its a regulation Headlight, Brake Light or Signal Lights, excluding any backlights on digital speedos.

 

So don't go and put them on, cause its a waste of money as u cant ride around with the lights on while around singapore. Can only turn it on in carpark and msia only. Plus they attract too much unwanted attention to your bike, especially the mata and thieves.

I find some lights are nice if they are used tastefully, but some bengs put on so many lights its totally tasteless and disgusting.

Actually got one workaround, u can buy those reflective glow in the dark decal stickers. Those are legal.

 

Works like normal glow in the dark stuff, absorbs sunlight in the day and gives of fluorescent glow in dark areas.

Legal but its not as bright as those leds ... Hmmmm perhaps during festive seasons mayb u can do it, at least if kena stop by lta or tp got valid reason maaa lolzzz...

I juz install some strobe light front and back so that when im in a convoy traveling at night they could tell me apart from the red shadows in front and bright headlight on their mirrors.
