Looking to get this...looks wide enough for my use on tours, main stand & original ciggy socket. all from webike.

 

Locally get the HB rack & engine guard, hand guard, radiator guard, horn

 

Next on the list will be hugger, fender extender, bigger rider foot pegs, maybe lights and what not... :angel:

 

Handguards will hit the screen.

 

Cigg socket more useful than USB as it can power other 12v std appliances (inverter, cigg light, water pump, power wrench, etc).

What gets me every time is that the NC700X is USD$6999 in the US (which works out at aapprox. SGD$8559), yet here in Singapore you're lucky if you get the same bike for under SGD16000!!!! What on earth is going on?!!! What kind of profit are Boon Siew and all the other dealers making here???!!!! That's just disgusting!

Buy a bread and butter jap car here and you can buy a Porsche elsewhere. Really no end to comparing. Income tax there is as high as 40%, I'm sure it'll get to them as well. Haha..

there are different fees and txes that needs to be paid,shop running cost, mechanic pay,profit etc...

not saying that the bike is cheap here, but have to consider the other factors...

to be fair to the shops, they still need to survive and make a profit...

for lights i got frm mtechnik liao fitment swee swee~~~~

Price is reasonable with shipping cause its a big piece and compare to PLOT made by japan which is sing $500 without shipping, but singapore custom will tax or not is another question?

Ya I did consider about the handguard hitting the screen. So I might have to live without the handguard or get a narrower screen. I was hoping a bigger wider screen will be able to deflect wind away but not so much like a full hand guard as hands gonna be pretty warm with gloves on. :angel:

This looks like for mountain/rock climbing, together with knobby tyres, spike footpegs and winch.

How many want and how much are you guys willing to pay for the skid plate?

 

Cos once I get my bike I'm gonna ask my designer to take the measurements and get my contractor to do up an aluminium one. Think can be anodized to other colours too... :angel:

1) Does anyone know what are all the current streetlegal exhausts for the NC700x in Singapore, and which is the loudest?

 

2) Does it affect the warranty from boon siew if the exhaust is changed?
