Good luck in the waiting time if you are getting from bs.. Waited almost 6 months for my bike, uncle waited 5 months..

 

 

Yup, I BS advised 3-4mths. But for me it's ok, I still have to sell off my current bike then by the time the shipment come, I should be able to full cash it. Good to buy from BS also cos can use credit card and claim cashback

Welcome to NC! From my 2-day riding experience on the DCT, I'm glad I bought the auto model. I will go crazy trying to shift up/down around 2-2.5krpm, looking at how busy is the DCT working.

 

 

 

Ya, now that I have my bike, I can go for meetup already :cheer:

i actually enjoy riding in manual mode, though mine is DCT also. haha.

 

btw, i filled up to the brim in the past tank and i am now getting 100+km out of the first fuel bar. w0ot.

Road tax is $174 yearly. Insurance varies depending on your profile. For a low-risk uncle like me, still costs $600 after 20+5% for 1P.

Did you get your bike from BS? I was there on Sat buying my DCT and the guy said that someone just rode off with his new DCT.

How long was this wait? Just so that I can plan when to sell my bike so that I don't have too big a gap in between.

Yup, my advice is only sell your current bike when BS tells you your bike has reached sg. From then, you have 1-2 weeks to sell and for them to settle paperwork and prep bike.

If you order from BS, its 3-4 months wait with 25% deposit.

 

I ordered my DCT in Oct'12 and only got it in Feb'13.

 

So nice to see more XD riders around. Woot!

Hi Guys,

 

Will be posting this in the Garage Sale section but thought I should inform the NC bros out there first.

 

I have (1) brand new piece Ermax Hugger (Black) for sale. It is for NC 700X and I am not sure if it is compatible with the the S model. Easy to install and since it is one complete piece, cleaning is alot easier.

 

Benefits cited during rainy days where the sand is confined to only a limited section of the bike. Prior to installation, whole rear section was sandy after rain.

 

Priced firmly at SGD 350.00. Please PM me if you require further details. Thanks for reading!

Maybe only lah..... Too much advantages for this bike:P...... I try very hard not to like the bike leh.....hahahahaha especially 30km/l! Easy handling good posture, good low speed control, smooth ride, cheap insurance, rd tax.......etc

My friend might want to sell away his NC700X ABS white, brought in Aug 2012, with full accessories excepts the H&B top box. never ride to Thailand before, not even Melaka; if you really interested, I can get the details from him. Going to be cash only, unless u find your own finance.

Not sure, perhaps you could check it out at givi website and you can down load the pdf file for instruction in fitment.

I ask my bike shop to order from mah.
