yes..i agree the price is good...and some of there guy there r really nice..dis is a fact i dun deny...

but before everyone buys a bike..they will surely have requests for certain things to be changed..dis thing..tat thing..he gave his promise today..but break it tml by saying tat cannot change...u would surely feel unhappy...personally i tink comparing price in front of the shop owner is rude..so..tat is something tat did not happen during my encounter w him...by askin question and requests...i go scolded and insulted..tat is not a way to treat customers...

Maybe its the tone they use that people don't like. Anyway there's no wrong in doing comparison as long don't put it in a manner that will affect their reputation and business.

Not happy with the price just move on, why bargain if you know they won't decrease the price.

Just some feedback:

2 occassion he keep up to his promise

1) Asked him to quote me the price of repainting the whole bike + rim chrome + fix the dented tank + fix the broken fairing. He offer me at a special price $300.

I came back one month and he still fulfilled me with that price.

2) Ask him to quote me hel brakeline with installation with brake oil. Give me at $160. 1 mth later go back price still offer to me.

Some pointers to take note:

1) You must do research before you go to his shop. State what you want exactly and not influcence by him or his mechanic.

2) Some of his mechanic are good some are bad.

You may disagree , but these are my personnal encounters with the shop.

Usually once U esptablish some osrt of repo with the shop they will give you better price knowing that U ar ea loyal customer. I guess to get chop is one of the first things most people will experience, what different does a few dollars compare to travelled very far just to save that few bucks.

u guys are weirdo ... whereby have this thinking expensive stuff is good stuff and posh shop offer good service ..

when we go to a motortiam we must know what are they best at .. there is no such thing as one size fit all motortiam ..

my advise is go the mech who u know best..even if they dun know how to do your bike u can lend them ur bike manual and let them see see . then they will learn how to repair ur bike .. cos bikes production is a nvr ending story.

ah bee is the best motordian owner i seen so far.been going to his shop since 2001. can say cheapest in spore! hear a lot bad thing abt ah bee, th fact is ah bee is gd only the mechanic spolit the reputation.if u want to go ah bee, look for mechanic ah keong! never look for the ah pek, very slack and any how do your bike.once i go to ah bee change $18 brake pad, give me a $10 helmet bag, u tell me where to find so gd lobang.my bandit broke dw recently and just repair by ah keong, can tell u chaep and gd!(free $25 worth of raincoat). one word lah, ah bee is the best. words to ah bee, chose your mechanic well! should promont ah keong!:cheeky:
