Cos he more or less is OMO. So time required is lengthy due to the amount of orders he has. Best is to arrange a schedule with him and if possible leave the bike with him instead of expecting him to complete while u wait.

He has 'helpers' but they don't stay long and main work is still by Ah An himself.

It's safe to say anything metal you want him to customize on your bike he can do it. Just limited by the factor of time and money

AWESOME WORKSMANSHIP TOO, BEATS SENGKWANG FOR PRICE, VALUE & HE REALLY STRIVES TO MAKE WHAT YOU WANT!!!!

Just a reminder... Do go down early & non-peak hrs and discuss with Ah An on what u wana customise. Allow him to design, plan & prepare any materials. Work usually do not commence on the same day unless it's simple job.

Do be prepared to leave ur bike there couple days for works on the bike. Hence planning for alternative transportation during this duration will be good.

ups for ah ahn.

he just fixed my long term problem of not being able to fit the original main stand. turns out the bracket has been sheared off. he knocked and welded it back already.

also got him to do up L brackets for my license plate and IU. total cost 105 bucks.

cheap and good workmanship. had to leave my bike there overnight thought.

February 2011 - March 2012 = Phantom TA 200

Ah An really is very professional as a business owner and as a mechanic, only did minor mod to my existing bracket for me to install top box instead of what I actually suggested, saves me money and time in my opinion. Not to mention he's a very nice guy. :thumb:

Yes i agree. That's why I would recommend to other riders. Sometimes he might look arrogant but actually it's just the way he talks. When u get down and discuss with him what u want, he'll offer u alternatives and solutions which is more practical and many a times cheaper.

:clapping:Great job by Ah Ahn.... Was at the shop today to fabricate an IU holder for my R6 03. The service rendered by him is excellent. He's a perfectionist in his work. As for me ,as long as the IU can hold, its fine for me. But to him,he rather makes it a perfect piece of work. Thumbs up for his service. His fabrication price is also quite reasonable around $60.

I've attached a pic of the finish product.
