Hi all....bad day yesterday. Fell from my X10 :( becos of the stupid taxi. Cut into my lane and braked suddenly cos wanna pick up customer. I didn't brake on time n end up hitting the side of the taxi. Fell to the left and broke the plastic V-flap.

Now thinking of where to get it repair and if there is stock of this spare. Checked website and found a Company can ship fr UK and cost abt easily 150-200 bucks.

Heart pain cos seeing my bike kena some scratch liao... :-(

Feel sorry for you. Happy that there were no injuries to yourself.

Had taxis suddenly cutting into my lane to pick passengers a couple of time. All near misses.

These guys don't look out for anyone at all. Their eyes are fixated on potential customers along the curb. Anytime they see a hand signalling them, they will cut in.

I don't understand why majority of Singapore taxi drivers, even those driving the Mercs (vans and limos) become aggressive and adopt a 'don't give a damn' attitude.....not enough traffic police on our roads??

Yup I am safe. Told myself to be very careful especially driving near taxis. Tomorrow will go to fix the left V-flap at ADH . . they quoted me $98 and still dunno if this is inclusive of labour.

Now I realised that this transparent V-flap on the left and right side of our X10 is really strong. It protects the body of the bike when it falls. In addition, the function is breaking the wind away from your legs. I can feel the wind hitting my left leg now . . haha bcos mine is now broken and removed...which is very uncomfortable.

Well, I didn't report police.. just let it go. Haizz.... shld get a camera . . will consider this. Thanks all.

Any difference for ECO mode and Sports mode for 350cc model.

I have not seen any sport mode button on my previous X10 but the ECO mode.....don't think it really work given Singapore traffic condition.

Sorry, just notice is ECO mode and standard mode. For the fuel consumption you can't feel the difference right?

Actually depend on how you ride. I would say +\- 10% more distance. Based on my previous experience. You can actually tried it out yourself and get the answer in 2 full tanks

In Malaysia we have no chance to get it. Our distributor Naza is ****, they do not know how to do business. :(

May be import one from Singapore.

Hey every one, picking up my new Piaggio X10 350 to today later at Looi's motor. Surprisingly fast, I ordered yesterday afternoon, and they replied the scooter will be ready by today. Hoping to see few X10 riders around on the road in the coming days. My very first Maxi Scooter. Got to go for running in when its ready. :-)

Hi, I'm interested in this scoot too? Can I find out how much you paid for it? Thanks! ;)

Hi. Can I check is it advisable to get 125 or 350? Single rider. Is 125 under power for me? I am 78kg. What's the price difference? Tks

I suggest you get 350 as I find my 125 underpowered. Of course it also depends on your scooting style and what you want from it. I got mine for practical reasons. Cheaper insurance and roadtax, lesser maintenance, better mileage, etc.

One thing to note, the 350 comes with wet clutch. You'll need to do transmission flush more frequently than the 125 or 500. And it tends to overheat if you are throttling while pressing brakes to gain balance heavy traffic doing lane splitting.

Just my two cents.

The price is $14,500 plus insurance of $425 second party from NTUC. iliramove is right if you can go for 350c.c version, is the best option to buy. It is true that the scooter with start to move from the moment I pull the throttle, just like the car automatic transmission, thanks to the wet-multi plate clutch. The size of the scooter for 125, 350 and the 500 version is the same. Only the 500c.c version has slightly longer wheelbase. Mine still running in, odometer reading is now 290Km. Just come back from second link.
