I am putting up my beloved ST11 for sale. I can understand why the previous owner was so nostalgic when he sold her to me. A true collector's item and has lived up to her great reputation. I've taken good care of her, even covering her @ MSCP, so I hope the new owner will take good care of her too. Here are the related details:

Bike model : ST1100Y (Pan European)

Bike registered : Dec 2000 (FS plate)

Mileage : 148K

COE expiry : Dec 2020 (more than 8 years left!)

Road tax expiry : Dec 2012

Selling Price : $8.5K

Viewing : At Woodlands. Pls sms/whatsapp 91056109 to arrange appointment for viewing.

Why this price?

- This is not a bike that is in its twilight years. After top overhaul last year, running like a monster reborn, with excellent power and smooth pickup. Spent alot on changing alot of things that were not spoilt as I felt they would normally be quite worn out due to the mileage and number of years. Also a decent amount spent on giving a newer look to the old warrior.

Bike comes with a Corbin seat that I just did fresh seat covering for 3 months ago. Stock seat also will be given to buyer (new seat covering done last year), so buyer will have a spare seat in case got problem with one.

Stuff done over the past 16 months(as far as I can find receipts for in my record):

1) New IU (can use ez-link card)

2) Tinted windshield.

3) Major servicing top overhaul

4) Alternator (old one lifespan ended, so had to change) [No receipt for this one, bought from Gopa]

5) Hella 0902 Horn (see link for specs on this: http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php/269561-lt-CMO-gt-Hella-Quality-Horns-Premium-Lightings). Loud horn, and I love it coz taxi drivers don't ignore anymore when I horn!

6) Full wrap of bike done 3 mths ago. Looks spanking new and is one of only a handful of black ST11s on the island now. Surely the shiniest one!

7) Fuel pump sensor set (done this year)

8) Ignition system (done this year)

Main things changed during overhaul last year (all servicing done by Ah Hai @ Sin Boon [Northlink Building]):

1) Timing belt

2) Belt bearing

3) Oilseal & gasket

4) Cam O Ring

5) Mounting (with cam cover)

6) Carbourettor cleaning & servicing

7) Oil Filter

8) Air Filter

9) Clutch Housing Repair

10) Clutchplate & gasket

11) Valve adjustment

12) Plus other related stuff like eng & gear oil, coolant, etc etc.

My humble request for folks not interested in the bike not to post non-constructive or "low-baller" comments. One man's meat is another man's poison.

Appreciative comments are welcome

Its a great bike and someone who has had the opportunity to ride an ST11 (and take good care of it) will know what I mean.

For the benefit of all, a reply to a query smsed to me:

Q: How many km per litre can you get on a full tank, and whats the tank capacity?

A: At 28 litres, this is one of the largest capacity tanks around. So no need to refill so often and lesser trips across the causeway required :)

Reserve capacity is 5 litres. Before hitting reserve, usual mileage is between 380 and 390km. I am able to get between 16.5 to 17km per litre, and this is with travelling in peak hour traffic regularly.

Thanks bros 😊

She can clock better mileage if not for regular stop-go traffic that I have to go thru. Was a true joy during trips out of S'pore.

@vinho_16 : Yup, I put my full face helmet in it all the time. Not just my helmet, but my jacket, gloves, water bottle, and small pouch. All in one pannier. The pannier is actually bigger than it looks.
