Less than 2 wks, some issues with my Indonesian made bike...argghhhh.....pissed

 

1) Gear Indicator missing even "N" is missing

 

2) Normally Press Electric Start only, Now I have to Clutch In + Electric start to start the bike.

 

Now gonna go Hong Leong Yamaha....sianz

The HL Mech mentioned that Indonesia Yamaha plant misaligned the gear sensors, vibration causes the misalignment to worsen...hence no gear indication...

Don't think should be a problem.

Jupiter was introduced in Malaysia way ahead of Singapore.

They do sell. Need to ask. Its around RM250. Normal colours like black, white, red etc.

Nice juppy bike I have to say! Been misses my Tmax and be collecting it back on end of this month,and juppy really transport me to every single corner wherever I want to which is a bless to me. Consumption is amazing that includes gentle cornering and proper up right handling. Alls good in one with affordable price.

 

However what I personally feel from past 12yrs of riding experience,a bike weights anything ranging from 100-145kgs is good for local road without high speed demon otherwise wobbly. 145-190kgs just nice for a good exit from highway and a proper controlling of throttle and vision on road.

 

The way jupiter named itself jupiter has got a point. Entering a gentle bend with it stock profile size tyre is fast and swift. And let's not talk about big bikes with a greater cc cause of diff catergory. Only think I dislike is while traveling on highway which I personally felt is that unstable with aggressive cars motorists overtaking us not due to low speed.

 

Let us all rides safely and do check your side mirror every few sec regardless what we are riding or driving. Life is precious do appreciate it without missing any part of our joy in life. Lastly loud pipe safe life
