If can i buy a S4 1st then go get class 2A license.. lol.. Cuz last time i found 1 S4 selling 2.5k only from a old man.. But no license.. wakaka..

First -----> Depend u getting for full cash anot? If full cash den can go dwn LTA @ sin ming thr do the transfer of ownership. Differ bike, differ price to pay.

 

* If u dun haf the license of the class, either u ask ur fren that have the license to help u do and stuff. Like insurance, rd tax etc... Den ur bike no nid to b lay up. Cuz ur fren can ride the bike around. BUT u will be put other sub-rider, say NOT RIDING. Like this can save the inspection fee. But if u kena caught riding it. OWNER and YOU will have to pay the price for it. License gone for sure! Or can't even take TP.

 

The other scene....

 

** IF u dun haf license and none of ur fren wan to help u... Den LL. Ask the owner mit u at LTA sin ming. Do the transfer everything. Bike will have b lay up. Free inspection will be given if ur bike is lay up for less den 6 months.

 

Lay up - Ur bike will not have the right to go on rd until u told LTA that u got ur license and insurance.

 

Once transfer done, of cuz u can't ride ma. No license also... The onli way is just asking towing company to tow to ur hse lor.

 

Understand? Maybe i left out something. I also dunno how it goes leh~ Is somehow it will be la. If buy with license.... Will be better la. Easier also!!!
