Whole clutch skin original 100

Clutch paper casket 10

Engine oil motul expert 18

Clutch berring 15 ( alot of ppl don't know this) due to ours bike is too old so there is a need to change

 

Things u can choose not to change

Clutch spring better then original $40

Pls don't not use what Malaysian called racing spring which is super hard. If ur spring is harder then original by 30% will eat up ur clutch skin more faster.

 

Clutch cable original 15

i guess mine is quite stock.. i reach 120... but never drag higher. =X rpm only 6.5 to 7k nia. =x

I think stock bike with catalyzer removed can go 180km/h.

Thats what i test in 2003 on a 3 year old stock bike (i think).

Eh no fair, mine also stock but my 120 is about 7.2-7.3 rpm!!!!

Okay i think cos i using 520 hub. ZZZ

Cannnot la... Nowadays many TP on patrol, after expressway bus stops or bends.. Many speed cams on top of the lamp-post at expressway now.. Some even equipped with laser gun, once point at our vehicle you're gone.. Compare to last time I won't take the risk..

 

Other than expressway?

Haha.. u need to find ur own spot..

 

Next is malaysia northsouth highway its road surface quite good.

Next is pasir gudang.. but straight is quite short. Need to setting n play properly then can get.

Yes i'm still using 520 chain.

Maybe ppl change because 520 is too big.. its same size as cl2a (double hp than sp) chain.

Also same size as motogp chain (10x hp?).

 

428 is smaller n lighter and more suited to small cc.

420 n 415 are even smaller.

 

If not wrong, the 125cc gp bikes which top speed can reach (true) 240km/h is just using 415/420 chain..
