i think i know what you need.

Go JB pay 80RM, get the right doc dismantle the engine part.

Check the condition of the cylinder block and pitson and tis ring.

Maybe there is the wear that affect the cycle. Then can check is that overhaul is real or not.

maybe the overhaul is fake de!

Accident have no tell tales sign. It take a second to kill but a lifetime to prevent.

maybe he's referring to a shaft counter-balancer(or somethg like tat)..tat will greatly remove engine vibrations..but its only avail in those expensive bikes like blackbird

my old bike also like tat leh, its 2 things.. either service your valve..

let me ask you a question 1st.. since when is the last time you decarbonise your exhaust.. if long time ago.. i suggest go ask motortiam help u decarbonise exhaust... tat will solve the problem.. its due to the air unable to flow out properly due to the excessive carbon in your pipe.

5000 to 6000 rpm is the transition range for the sp's secondary valve to open. either ride below 5000 or stay above 6000 rpm to avoid having the valve open a little but not enough to make a difference. this is common general knowledge among sp riders, there is no rocket science to it. ask more in the sp thread under the sportbikes section to clear your doubts.

on a side note, i've never heard of an engine balancer so no comments on that.
