yo guys

i switched my s4 wif my buddy's dragstar a few days back

his dragstar got windshield (quite a big one, but he got the shield LAB)

whenever it rains or it gets windy or i travel over 120km/hr, the bike wobbles...

will our s4 wobble if we install the windshield?

i just don't have enough middle fingers....

Yah. supporters of givi products...

hehe

the windshiled works la bro , try riding with and without the windshield, u'll feel diff

like i reinterate, iride to work daily and without the windshiled my shirt and would have been damn dirty from all the road sprays n watever flying ard ...and a few times on the nsh, it has sheltered me from flying debris spinning off the tyres of vehicles in front, esp rocks .....

for $120, it's a worth .....it's been with me for 4 years, from my old bike to my present bike .

DeXeR: A750? Well, it'll only help to block wind from hitting directly against chest level. If u sit upright while riding, wind will still hit ur helmet level. However, at least u've sth to hide behind if u wan a smooth aerodynamic ride. As for whether it will wobble, I believe most Givi AirStars will wobble a little at spds >100kmh as e clamps r only at e headlight area. Gotta improve e situation by getting customised clamps for e windshield to clamp onto e handlebar. Might help.

dintigger: Saw me somewhere before? N yep, I argee tat a windshield makes a bike looks nicer, as least in my pt of view. It helps to balance e overall height outlook if u hav a topbox.

Today night heart very very pain. Park my bike at the side of the road at my home's carpark to get something. Went up for awhile and down again. Felt that something is a mist. Did a through check and found that my bike had fallen and somebody had picked it up. The damages are on the left side of the bike. Can smell petrol meaning there is overflow, which means the fall has quite an impact.

Suffered slight damage on my balancer, mirror, tail board, foot rests, clutch lever bent, back signal light broke and my NEW windshield scratches about 15 cm long. Very the pain. Saw this lorry and seems that the driver is restless. I suspect tat is the culprit. But without any witnesses, cannot do anything.

Heart pain...pain pain...will see if any damage control can be done to it tomorrow. Anyway would like to know if FJT is open tomorrow. Thinking of getting a new signal light and rider footrest. I know can get cheap balancers from LAB. Hopefully mirror not so bad.

IvikaRazI: I had a similar experience few mths back too. Perhaps bcoz e motorcycle lots here at my carpark isnt well-lit, plus my bike was in black/grey. Was waken up by my bike's alarm at 6:20am, when I was deep in slp. Duhz. Ran downstairs to c my bike lying on it's right. Super heartpain too. Had e tot to call for Police's help, but doubt can trace e culprit. Coz I tried hard but couldnt find an extra new paint mark on my bike's left side. Can only live wif e scratches.

jus got back from Regina. spent $200 on okado's windshield ($80) (silver), bellypan ($40) and hugger (fibre carbon). Mechanic (the young chap) did a very good job, though i waited a total of 3.5 hours. worthwhile wait. everything looks very nice. windshield looks very aero-dynamic. Derek said having problems with Givi supplier so he doesn't have stock of A750 so i got okado instead. the okado signature on the windshield, hugger and bellypan look chic
