LTA Appeal

Think I might get flamed but well, just ask. Went Desaru last weekend, decided to plug out the silencer of my exhaust. So when returning, tried to screw back the screw, damm hard. So cable tie it instead. While riding, didn't notice anything till I felt my exhaust damm loud. Only then did I realized my silencer had flew out. Came back, went to bike shop ask mechanic, he said need to order and wait.

 

Just now, damm sway, LTA caught me, refused to buy my story, ask me own self go appeal. So, wanna seek advise from you guys..

Oh.. There's a trace of melted cable tie in between the hole for the screw. And yes, it's a legal slip on exhaust with tagging and a cert.

step1) take picture, print out/email show as proof

step2) draft a nice appeal letter, sounding polite and regretful

step3) pray damn freaking hard

No spare screw.

Use cable tie secure.

Melt drop and lost.

Well, in the first place you're not supposed to take the silencer out.

 

But I suppose you can just appeal saying that the silencer broke and came out. And you did go to your workshop to get it replaced or repaired.

how about a letter or testimony from the workshop?

i tried....twice n once went down lta appeal....all rejected...

forget it...nvr trust the lta bugger...book u tell u go appeal is bullshit...
