Query on License revoke

Hi guys as mentioned in the title, may I know what happens when your license is revoked?

Here's the scenario, guy A got driving license, guy B got riding license. The two and a group of friends went to a deserted carpark and switch vehicle. Both no more p-plate. Then police car (not tp) came and did screening. Guy a and b was told that their license will be revoked and letter will come in 2 weeks. Is that true? Or was that said to scare guy A and guy B? For revoke case, license will be taken on the spot or must wait for letter? Particulars and details of both vehicle was taken. Anyone had similar experience? The two did apologised to the officer and state that it was their first tome doing such act and they had only started trying out both vehicles. What do you think? Letter will come or not?

Guy A only got class 3 while guy B only got class 2b. Exchange as in they try out each other's vehicle without valid license. Police didnt offer any card. Thats why im asking the opinion if its just a warning?

why don't they / you wait for 2 weeks as the police instructed them to get the answer?

 

it really depend on whether the police submit the report. riding without valid insurance confirm revoke if they submit.

I was basically there with my friends. They're worried so I used this forum to help them in any way I could.

Officer did mention "next time dont do again" before going into the car which was after returning the license n ic of the two guys while saying "letter will come in 2 weeks". Also while driving off, the window was wind down and the officer said "tp wont give chance, i can give chance". But idk if that officer was just mind-effing those two guys so that we dont worry then letter come as a surprise.

come on... your guess is as good as ours isn't it? or does it matter if we try to make some estimation? you are not being rationale. you sound almost like you are one of the 2 guys involve and is freaking out at the moment.

 

just try to assure your friends it going to be fine while going through the 2 weeks wait. making guesses here won't change the situation. keep telling them the police is going to give them chance since they mentioned it. they will feel a bit better while crossing the 2weeks mark.

Legally speaking.

 

Both guys are both driving/riding without valid licences and insurances.

 

Both guys could have their licences revoke, fined or jailed.

 

It looked like the officers gave chance already.
