i recently got my 2B license and using p-plate for my own bike, as days goes by, i tends to put sticker on near my P-plate to cover up but can be seen , and i was fine $150 (Improper displayment) Recently i got stop by Lta/Tp and i was using rental bike , while delivering food, my P plate flew off, i managed to find 1 of the P-plate and the other one cant be found, as i was rushing, i continue to send customer food and got stopped by Lta/Tp this time no display of P plate. Will i get my license revoked or still be warning?

not so serious to revoke licence. non display of P plate is more serious than improper display of P plate. perhaps heavier fine. hopefully no deduction of DP

@Mipanzuzuzu What was the latest offence? No display of P-Plate? 1st time is warning, 2nd time is revoke.

If your first offence was "Improper Display of P-Plate" and the 2nd offence was "Non-Display of P-Plate", hopefully they won't look at the offences together.

Be careful and be sure to display your P-Plate during the 1st year! Not worth losing license over such a simple thing! Difficult journey to get your license!

P.S. I also kena once for failure to display P-Plate many many many years ago. Immediate went to put up the plate cause don't wanna lose license. LOL!

@SBFMy 1st time was Improper display as I put sticker on it , 2nd time No pplate at all as said it flew out while delivering food and manage to found 1 pplate and who expect to have 2 TP and 2 lta at 3am around neighbourhood :((

When u get the offence “it state as “non-display of pplate”? cos my first time kena is “improper display”

and isit different offence “Improper Display” and “Non-display “

So unlucky, not once but twice. Did u do wheelie on the road.. haha

Anyway, just put all effort to appeal your second fine if possible. I assume your first fine already paid. Since you have valid reason (plate flew away, found one back).. etc, you shld have no prob to write a long essay.

@kokseng_wongDo u think will get revoke? First time have P-plate but i put sticker so can be less seen, then 2nd time which is recently no pplate at all :((

for new 2b, Probation plate should be displayed

directly above or below the the headlamp and

directly above or below the rear licence plate

those who fail to display Probation plate will be fined. Repeat offenders with at least 2 offences of failing to display the Probation plate during their one year probation period will have their licence revoked.

Just wait n see if u receive any letter from TP. Or u can check your status

good point... just appeal if they really threaten to revoke.. but make sure to display your p-plate properly at all times!!!

u have a case cos the first time is "improper display" and not "no display of p plate"
