YPVS stands for yamaha power valve system

This bike is very old...n needs lots of attention

unlike RXK,RXS...... RD it comes with a valve n radiator.

My suggestion is tat u flush the radiator once in a while

open the radiator cap check if the coolent is dirty n oily.

As for the loud knocking sound most likely the piston is worn

out but I dun think it is worth it to overhaul the bike...coz the bike

got no more value... :pity: the cost of changing the piston will most

likely be equal to the market value of the bike which is ard $200-300

If you really wanna change the piston remember to have yr Valve

clean up too :D

That pipe I bought it from LAB 10 years ago. the header was too long and it didn't fit as its meant for the Z-kia  . So I had no choice :nono: but to saw away my kui-duo pipe header and weld it the that Z-kia exhaust.

Luckily I can pass inspection.

cause 2 stroke bike tend to give out a lot of white smoke, So I tell Laucheh my method  That is to pluck out the 2T line to the carburator, then ride slowly to the inspection centre. By doing this, you will have a section of the 2T line without 2T, so during inspection, no white smoke.

That time, the inspector use torchlight to check all the oil line, I quickly plug back the 2T line. So when he checked no white smoke... Later when I move off of the test station, white smoke again... hahaha... he saw but bo bian, already sign the paper...
