Daiso! Reminds me of the 1.99 shop. Hope it will be here to stay. Used to travel to IMM just to go to Daiso. Now its pretty much at every heartland malls.

The thing about Daiso is if you see something you like or want you better get it. Otherwise the next time you go again to get it most likely its finished. Unless you do not mind going around to their other outlets scattered all over this tiny island.

Did the same yesterday, wife went in to buy her favourite hair clip. Saw a suction phone holder(aiming for 1 ever since i changed job a month ago) while checking out and grabbed one.

A friend couldn't stand my handwriting.

 

Bought me a fountain pen to practise and improve my penmanship.

 

Another Daiso Fan was showing off her fountain pen bought from Daiso.

 

I went there and bought about 3. And the ink. The pen are pretty fine for writing. And I am trying nowadays to be a bit more atas and using fountain pen for writing.

 

Kinda love the fresh ink smell. Same kind of mindset of a fresh car leather smell.

But recommend you go to Daiso, look for their pen sections and find their fountain pen and ink there.

 

Fountain pen users tried my Daiso pen and says its really a good deal, very fine inking and smooth flow of ink. Plus the grey or white ones, looks expensive, even though its Daiso. I got some people mistook that its expensive fountain pen.

 

The one my fren bought me, I still carry around but hardly used, because the wordings are too sharp, skinny or fine and does not give a decent atas feel to the writing. But then, maybe its because of my lousy handwriting.

oooohhh.....I finally got into the craze to use their cloth sticker rolls.

 

And managed to wrap around two new usb batteries for my handphone.

 

Makes the surface less smooth and kinda covered up the scraped marks. Easier to grip with hands too.

 

Might even want to wrap my badminton handles with it. Quite pretty. Just not sure it can tahan the consistent heavy sweating.

People really use that? I believe there are a few different types right? Had a couple before but threw them while cleaning. Plier type and clipper type. Usually got them free as some kind of door gifts or what.

Manz....what kind of event you go to!

 

Why I never ganna this kind of really useful stuff!

 

Dont throw lah. Give to the Receptionists or your admin assistant lah! Especially those who really need to do photocopying. Or just leave it near any copier machine.

Too many to remember. Usually go to those that catches my attention. Somewhat 'kiasu'. They give I just take. Pens, pencils' lanyards, fridge magnets, highlighters and even laser pointers to name a few plus many other stuff.

 

That is how I got stationeries to get me thru school. No need for those fancy pilot pens which eventually will get 'lost'. Back to title of thread recently bought a tube of rust remover cream from daiso. Have yet to use it though.

Now daiso got sell? Think I got one free from purchasing some stuff at Giant. Like everything else. Have no idea where I placed it.
