Why never see anyone talking about prac 6 and 7? Never heard of anyone failing too... And the waiting dates are ridiculous!

pract 6 and 7 on the road is much easier, u dont have to do the course, just look at traffic light and turn. the hardest is U turn but i dont know do they still teach it at lesson 7 may be change already.

Ahem......

Sorry BOSS. >.

prac 6 is about lining up at junction, road sign, control bike on road, fully utilize the gear, change speed according to places.

prac 7 will be 2 route test for TP. and learn U-turn =X

they will bring you go both route once, then change to you lead they follow, they observe your U-TURN. that all.

Prac 8? add on route for test route 1 or 2. depend on instructor.

thanks, the 2b got a lot of steps. Like must clear this then can clear that. Confused. the flowchart is complicated.

It's simple. Even though they say u can do theory and practical from the beginning - clear ur theory ASAP. If not it will slow u down later. Clear before you reach practical 5 and all will flow from there.

No. If you wait for the bike to stop it will stall. When you want to stop gradually, you close throttle, wait a few seconds and the bike will start slowing down because of engine braking. Then start to apply pressure on both brakes... Squeeze slowly at first and increase pressure as you get closer to thr the stopping place. About 1 meter before u need to be stopped you clutch in and bang the gears down. When u are in first stop all the way and put left foot down.

When braking think of it as a rheostat and not an on off switch. So its gradual, not sudden. This means you have to plan ahead. That's why Nabil said after the last bend. Because you are carrying speed out of the bend and u need time to slow down and stop. If you wait till u r near the instructor u will end up stopping abruptly not gradually.

Yesterday, played around with both the front and rear brakes to get the feel of both, finally managed to overcome and brake properly. One more question about Prac 1, throughout the whole session, in order to pass and clear, cannot even bring down right leg even once?

By right you are not suppose to bring down your right leg at all thru out. They do close one eye and let you pass if you are doing the rest properly.
