requirement 3.4 litres of engine oil is only belongs to honda's S4. Fazer6 is not that thirsty for engine oil:D i believe the OEM NGK stock 'All sparks' can last up to 20 000km.Iridium ones can last abit longer.workshop boss wants to earn your money so pyscho you to change more regularly.But all these also depend on your style of riding.

for fz6, we use only 2.8L of EO when u include the change of oil filter... if without the change of oil filter, it's only 2.6L of EO...

hence, 3 bottles of EO is good enough... monie wise, depending on what EO u buying...

 

for oil filter, any brand of oil filter will do...

the main objective of a oil filter is to filter oil la... hahaha...

anyway, prices can vary from $10 to $15 i suppose...

 

for spark plug, i change it every 10k km...

but some of the bros here change it at every 20k km...

at 10k km, they will only take it out to inspect if it's worn out or not...

receive and installed fender eliminator, integrated tail light, flushmount signal and 16t sprocket.....waooww....with 16t fazer is wake up....power whellie at 1st wide open throttle is easy now....

4 x CR8E = $24

Oil Filter = $15? (FZS600 uses 5DM, $22 but later realise 5GH oso can...)

 

Total = $91.5

 

What plugs u use? Can get so cheap?

Maxima EO + Oil filter every 5,000km.:

throw in the NGK plugs every 20,000km: additional $50 +/-

 

(figures are rough estimation only)

but higher RPM during cruising leh...

 

yeah...honestly i like the cruising rpm is increase to about 4-5k rpm....near to the power band...so i dun need to wait for the power to come wheni need it....

try it guys...16t is the cure for this bike...wake it up into the bikes real character...

Do i need to compliments with a PCIII & K&N filter?

I have GIVI V35 side panniers, will it obstruct?

Will Ivan's FCE make a difference?

insurance would be around 1000? TPFT? by the time i can class 2 i will 24.

i'll most prob be going for a second hand bike which costs around 8k 9k so no worries for installments.
