Lucky I heard the exhaust y so loud wana stop n c Liao... Then gena uneven rd then buang.. But all slow speed plus rain n u know I always cover up one.. I ok.. Bike scratches.. N gota put back the damn exhaust fix my handlebar n brakes n it's gd Togo liao.. It's for track anyway...

the whole thing came off.... i have no idea wat happened man... lucky although i always listen to music i will know the exhaust sound weird.... n i slowed down........ the whole damn thing on the ground when i got up..... who thing loh.... the mechanic say broke off.... then i suspect the previous mechanics might have contributed to the break off.... the fair is OEM one... heart pain man......... but that one leave til i get a job first then change or repair, lucky just scrapes.... only the pillion foot peg part that is holding the exhaust broke off..... the handle bar n the brake duno y suddenly gone... anyway will go down work shop tmr look see... haiz... money again... when i need it most...............

Sister if whole thing break u must check the linkage n manifold etc. It's not gonna be cheap for ur oem fairings. I low slide on my r6 last time with my oem fairings. More Dan 1.5k to replace man.

 

I normally for sm go ah Seng. Unique for other bikes.

Yup. Sliders can prevent but if u are slidin at a high speed. Simi slider also no use liao la.

 

But as what she say if low speed fall ove the slider would kik in and minimise scratches liao

it looks serious man, a new gear lever is gonna hurt ur pocket. alternatively you can try bending it back into position. Scratches-wise i have no idea:(

The metal seems to be of the thick and strong type. I tried with the help of a friend to bent it back, it was difficult.

Bro even u bent it maybe out of shape n affect the ergonomics of ur shifting position le unless u can bend it back nicely. Maybe u could go down to auto machinery to ask for the price of a brand new levers.

 

For the scratches paste some stickers maybe u want to invest in some sliders

Gear lever can be bent back.... no worries... no need to change.

 

Scratch marks are only superficial..... stickers help.

 

Always ride carefully and be aware of your surroundings... what you are riding on..... drain covers are another tricky item to navigate over....

 

Even at Second Link... ride carefully as the floor surface is another slippery bugger.....

 

About the broken exhaust.... a pre ride check is important and i guess if you work on your bike often enough, you'll probably have a good gauge if the bike is working safely.

 

That's why sometimes i worry when i want earplugs and music.... i tend not to care what is happening around me..... so gotta to be extra careful.
