anyway i did ask norman if it's able to tune up to 140+ bhp or not, he said it's possible with full performance mapping with my current setup...

but my FC will be very terribly miserable... lol!

u got to buy the key from HL and go key makers duplicate the teeth then bring back to HL to do programing...

the key from HL comes with a memory chip fyi...

so, unless u know how to do programing with your red key, then u can diy... else it would be recommended to go back to HL to do this...

 

or, u can get the key from eBay and duplicate the teeth and find the chip locally to do programming...

HL do sell the chip as well as some major bike shops...

yup... norman's pretty amazed that i got all those stuffs done up before he asked if i done this done that already or not...

akra + decat + air filter + air box mod + ais block off + cable re-route + flies + stacks + esrm +pc5 + dyno...

 

but now i got a pretty troubled problem, i got a pretty big & loud + backfire with spark when doing high rev closing in...

the sound and the looks of it is like those super nitro drag cars like that...

i asked norman to fix that but he only can reduce it by 90%...

how ah? how do i eliminate that?

but one thing interesting is that, when u ride my bike, u will hear two different set of growling...

1 is the exhaust bassy sound, the other is the sound coming out from the air box intake area... lol...

i think it has to be the effect of the combination of the flies + stacks cus i don't hear that on your bike lei bro...

...just another guess,confirm that your AIS plates are fully tightened and there r no gaps between plate & engine housing,other than that I'm not too sure what e cause could be..

Hah ?? Some say 140 hp and some say 141 hp ? and that oso with PC 3 or 5. My fz one no need PC oso can get 143 hp @ 11500rpm. Jus do AIS, airbox mod + full system arrow. And my A/F ratio perfect. no backfire, only fantastic rider.

i was at my mscp doing my cables re-routing again to finalized the cables management for the stuffs in my storage compartment & also measured the storage box mod for the servo motor compartment & did pump some silicon into my mirrors joints to prevent it from rusting + wax & polish blah blah sh!ts... lol...

if u tell me earlier, i can include that in my to-do list with the gasket sealant...

maybe i'll do that next week then... lol...

Full system also got difference between brands in terms of diameter le for header. It does makes a difference. Aiya big hp small hp also like that machiam in sg road can full utilise.
