Sorry for any bold statement cos don really know how to use this forums yet!.. Okie the shop name is ah chong motor ! But if you are doing any bike look for ah di. So far I see this guy do bike very careful and good, it doesn't matter what I say how good is he. You never try u never know..he is the onli boss and the onli worker. Mean work alone! What he can do he do if anything he can't he will say he cannot. I went to a lot of diff bike shop before but I stop here after I know this guy never let my bike down before! The price I can say just normal ba. I onli care about the work he done!

well, that's good. you have found a mechanic you can trust.

for me, I go more than 1 workshop. certain workshops to do certain stuff, so its nv a 1 stop solution for me.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

What are signs of water pump faulty?? Went to see Dr chong just now.. Told him about problem and almost instantly he say my water pump faulty? Hmmm.. I got no other place to go for a 2nd opinion.. Any recommendations?? @aswat did a waterpump replacement before right??

Guys, am riding an FZ1S. Anyone knows if there is any way to lower the bike? A bit too high for me... hahhaa... tried to put the suspension at the lowest setting but I guess it only futher soften the spring... will dropping the clip at the fork helps? Thank you in advance....

Ya sure there is, with money it can be done.. hahah.

 

You can try google for FZ 1 lowering kit or link. I think it should consist of replacing the link that is underneath ur swing arm connecting to ur suspension if im not wrong.. You can try check it out..

Hi guys, I am riding FZ6S2 for about 4 years now, 1st owner of the bike. Recently I realize that the bike suspension is getting softer specially when there is pillion. I suspect it is the bike suspension that is getting softer. Anyone knows where can I can change the suspension. Any after market brands to recommend and the price please. THanks in advance.

recommended ohlins due to good resale value. at least $1k and above

 

There are other brands, hyperpro, bitubo that you may want to check it out and consider

 

fyi, both fz6 and fz1 suspension cmi when often riding 2up.

Not sure if ohlins have models for fazer specifically. But they have springs thou!!

best is use back oem ones.. you can get it at agent (Hong Leong) or automachinery.. or get it replaced via your usual bike shop..
