Car parked in bike lots

There is tis car driven by a yaya lady driver , who likes to park across all 4 bike lots when she comes to fetch her child fron the kindergarden below my block , the problem is tat tis time her car is parked across all 3 lots wif my bike stuck in the inner most lot , i cant come out .

 

Even when i start my bike n wait for the idiot to move the car away , i could she tat she dun even bother n continue to talk to others .

 

so wat should i do ? call the police ? call HDB ? smash her car up ?

 

M realli fed up wif drivers of tis kind of attitude .

Call HDB Car-park Violation Department when u see parking infringements in HDB carparks.

 

U can also take a photograph n write to the HDB n request them to take action.

dat time i jitao call 999...then they xfer mi 2 the carpark enforcemnt of bkt batok(coz i @ bkt batok)...but call liaoz they always dun com fast enuff...gav them the no. plate but wonder if ani action was even taken...

tell u wat...if u got cam / cam fon...take a few snaps of her junk in frnt of her...then send a email 2 carpark enforcemnt n dun 4get 2 mention she always do it...then try follow up...make sure she kena...f@rk up b!tch...

Was in this situation once... Was at Kovan Food Center Carpark... There is this Blue Nissan Sunny (If my memory didn't fail me) park on the Bike lots. I HORN him then he give me the "What The F look". Then he roll down his window and ask "Why you horn". Then i told him he is parking on the Bike's lots. The next thing he say really makes me He said "So? Summon Me lah!!!" I was damn Du Lan and started Cursing and Swearing.. Then he call people come... KNN... This type of uncle really too much.. Wanna to WACK him man.. Lucky my GF pull me sia... Wanted to smash his car with my helmet.... So next time if i come acroos this situation i will just take out my camera phone and snap so shots and sent it to HDB...

So I assume she is there on a daily basis? Give her a chance lah, just leave a note on her windscreen, asking her not to block the bikes again.

If she refuse to comply, den take necessay action.

Nice and big. When I wash bike I take up two car lots, some idiots sure want to squeeze into the lot beside me (under tree,got shade, but hey the entire carpark is empty lor).

traffic police imposes higher fines ma??

there was once i kena summon in carpark not in parking slots but on double yellow line by auntie.. kena $25 i think. then the other time i park by road side double yellow line kena summoned by TP. $70...

juz made an inquiry at the NPP . The officer told me it is under the HDB as its a parking offence , the most they can do is help me contact HDB enforcement unit . They will onli act if the car is breaking traffic laws like wat was mentioned in another thread .

This type of uncle is call Dumb-ass Inferior Complex Kuniang Syndrome, (DICKS), it happens to all Singaporeans who can afford to buy the car, but cannot afford to pay for parking and petrol. Comes out with all sorts of cheapskate ways to save that few dollars so that they can still afford the car. E.g., hogging at 6.30pm outside ERP gantry wait for charges to stop, sit in the car don't want to tear coupon to wait on 15 mins stretch to 1/2 hr or more, pump petrol only pay $10- thats why some 2nd hand car petrol tanks got rust, make illegal turns to save that few metres of petrol, etc etc etc, the list goes on.

 

Nowadays police undercover operations can summon with video capture images and mail the summon to offenders, maybe this case you can camera that DICKS's license plate plus his DICKS face amd mail to traffice police / LTA / ROV or whatever, they can surely mail the summon to him at his home. And see him sell his car in the next few months!!!
