Its ok liao , i parked my cbr on the outermost lot , so she wun be able to park , unless she drives over my bike .

 

so , everytime i go out , there will be either bike on the outermost lot to block her car .

Alot of drivers in SG very inconsiderate. Their kid can't seem to walk far that's why their parents always illegal park causing unnecessary traffic obstruction. No wonder so many kids nowadays are obese.

Quiet depressing to see how quiet a few of the replies aren't helpful, and in fact express interest in breaking the law. And we wonder why is it bikers don't have a good rep in some circles.

 

I'd encourage you to call the authorities (HDB enforcement?), and if this really is a regular occurance, take pictures with a decent camera, document it with date(s) and time(s), write in and complain. Indicate you will be willing to testify in court should they decide to pursure the matter.

 

All very annoying, and very troublesome. Question is, have you been pissed off enough to see it through, or just enough to complain on a forum and leave the driver to continue his/her inconsiderate ways....

 

Do note however, camera phones (even at 1megapixel) somewhat suck, and pictures taken from those probably won't be taken quite as seriously. I'd also think just 1 picture isn't going to do much good; the driver can always say he/she only stopped there for a moment - you'll prob need something in the picture that can show how some time has passed. (eg: 2 photos 5-15 mins apart..., or a video recording)

 

... although it is a HDB parking issue, I think you can call and (try to?) insist the police come down if your vehicle is being obstructed, and the driver refuses to move to let you out.

that time at my house , something like that also happen which causes me not able to move my bike, when i talk to the uncle, he say dun wan people park put NO PARKING sign , dammed piss man

what if she's a c***-eyed driver and just RAM your virgin bike off its wheels... after THAT, even calling the police and sending her to the gallows won't make your bike virgin again.

when i encounter this problem, i juz take my hp out, go to the reserve lot for handicap, there will be a number on the signboard to call..

call them.. tell them wat the issue and tell them the number plate..

got one car always park his car on the bike lot..

after he saw mi speaking of his number plate.. he quickly drive off..

in future, i see he park his car nicely in a car lot..

parking the bike infront of the car is good idea, make sure both wheels are locked, so bike cant be shifted.

 

but must videocam the fella, so if he move the bike and drop, claim him, if he dun move, let him/her wait long long there...have season parking no need scared also if authorities come...

actually i think tat is not the onli place at bukit batok faces the same problem. at bukit gombak blk 374 there also the same. at there got a few coffee so alot of ppl like to go there and the parking lot always not enough. even though there is a MSCP but no one want park at the MSCP. sometime those smart alex just park at the motor lot which take up almost 5 to 6 lot. but seems like no one care. remember there is one incident in the morning, got one van park just outside the motor lot which cause those in the motor lot cannot move out and i am one of them. so a few of us waited there and the idiot just come back from delivery and he simply bochap us. take his own sweet time to open the door and load watever thing on the trolly den walk to his driver side there and sit on his seat. still not moving off. seeing his DO like seeing money.. den i walk to his door there knock on his window and i tell him '' hey we waiting for you to move so tat we can move out''. den he reply me ''wait a while will die ar'' in hokkien. den my temper shot up to my brain and come out from my mouth. ''KNNBPCB lim pei talk to you nicely you think i good to eat ar'' you now either move your CB car or you get out of the car''(in hokkien). den he LL start to move off... hahahaha... dun know wat this kind of ppl thinking.. in fault liao still want to so XL... den kena F*** liao den happy..
