Hi Everyone, For those going for the SBF 9th Anniversary Event

Space will be reserved for Convoy. Arrange to come as a big group and provide SBF Moderators the Number of Bikes going. So Space can be allocated.

 

We are getting attendance and reserves slots for daelim Team

Whose going for the Anniversary? We are getting a Daelim convoy for the whole group including RW, RWr, S3 even too

haha. nothing much to paint also ? only 2 cover to paint.

Outlook that can be changed easily.

 

- Paint Scheme

- Mirror ( done )

- Meter ( Koso anyone ? )

- Headlight ( Rxz ? )

- Signallight ( small sharp led? )

- Footrest/pegs ( good enough )

- Fender eliminator

 

thats about it ? its not like the stock ones are very bad?

 

anyway, is there a aftermarket carb that can fit our bike without any modification ?

i just retuned my carb . currently set on 1.25 turns for the pilot screw and 1.8k rpm idle (warm). when i ride now and stop at traffic , the idle goes up to 2k for around 10 secs and than drop alittle. when it drops, it has this irregular pulse. im guessing its because its a 4 stroke engine? its like 1 1 2 1 1 1 2 1.. and so on, 2 being the harder pulse. is it normal? hope some guru will help with this. also my throttle cable is a little short, when i turn right, its pulling the cable, should i replace this with a longer cable ?

Wow... why u set ur idle so high? Ur bike will die off when stop at traffic light meh? My idle is onli 1.3~1.45 onli.... When running for long, my idle is ard 1.8 man when it is really hot or rather running and high speed for long... ur one can go up to 2k... that's veri high....

now its lower. just fine tuned the idle. its around 1.6k warm. think must wash carb soon. ahahah. before i tuned the whole carb, during morning start, the engine will die off. quite terrible. so try and error lor. after setting the air screw, the idle 2k. now its better alr. no much pulse-ing

Ur Back Brake dirty lo... Give it a wash, the sound should go away le. Just wash at the brake disc area can le. If still haf means ur brake pad worn off le... The sound should be a veri sharp sound rite?

as advised wash with soap and water. clean the rotor. anyway could it be the same problem as we all experienced ? due to caliper design ?

it will be grinding the rotor. so should have a v sharp grinding sound hahaha. by than ur rotor also can throw liao. if u have been hearing grinding sound and ignoring it :/

His was mod to 6 gear. It will jam because it is not suitable for our bike? Eventually it will jam ba... Or it's dirty that's why causing the gear to jam? haha... No idea is there's any one in sg try 6 gear. Our bro @ketari mention that there's no much difference using 6 gear.

i bought it was originally 6 gears..i mean now, im joining the rw family wif 5 gears..hahah..no much different, good one is 5 gears, heavy duty, sustain pressure better then 6, coz the 6 gears composition was so small..tiny..cute one..hahah

 

but i think bro YenYu mybe rite, coz i bought 2nd hand..no sure there is a 6xth gears family..

i think ur rite la..coz i dunno really my one is originally sixth or modified to sixth..im not so sure..so now joining the 5th gears family..huhu..
