is there anyway to increse air intake??

don use air filter. route pipes from the front of the bike to the air box.

hey, any idea if there is any tank bra for our bike?

my fuel cap area seems to have some leakage problem so water tends to get into my oil tank. any idea how to solve this?

dont think tank bra will help with anything. look at lazykatak. he uses a plastic flim over his tank.

I'm no longer a roadwinner! but would still check this thread!

Loose rear brake, check if its your caliper. the caliper is designed to move parallel to the piston( compensation for brake wear )

If your disc is loose. better go to a shop to tighten, or if u have the tools.

I dun mind harder compound tires so i used the stock rear + bt 39 for the front.

hey guys...just to enquire....is the fc of daelim roadwin 125 25-30km/ lire normal?and does your bikes face much vibrations?

check ur block. 150cc or 125cc. if 125cc should get about 35km/l provided u did not tune the carb.

do you guys know any other way to increase fuel efficiency?25km-30km is considered alot for 4 stroke bikes...>.>...

depend on set up i guess?

hey guys...new p plater here...

i wanna ask...are there any strong vibrations when the bike reaches 90km/h...or should i just ask whats the normal cruising speed that the rw125 should go?

Posted

hahaha!! Pecah rekod!! my Zeta Rw manage to chase ZX 10 r at few hairpins on the way to kuala pilah ngri sembilan from melaka..

mr @ahchong..wlcome!

the crusing speed as per mine, about 80kmh at 7k rpm..but the meter was incorrect actually

the vibrations is normal, evryone experience the same, this rw easily gets the critical rpm.. just njoy with the ride, it is the most simplest big bike n reliable

not really..evry bike has their own troubleshooting error..just the issue is,some of the replacing unit are too xpensive for a bike of 125ccs..

about starting, ill show u later the common contributer..but 1stly, REMOVE ur air filter under the seat, leave it empty for air to gush to the carb..some rw users replace it with k&n filter, but to me, i never use at all..then tune the carb accordingly, let the rpm idle hit 1.5k rpm or higher, at least ur bike wont blackout at traffic lite.

there is one tiny tube under the fuel tank which is too sensitive..i tied it up owredi..ill upload my bike pic one day to show what ive done to these tiny thing n my carb..u can refer to other rw users also on this forum, they've been familiar then me

lastly, mantain your lubricant..chose the best for your rw, enjoy your rw!

i guess every bike has its own problems? it depends on how much care u put into it. mine dun have much mechanical problems. only minor electrical problems. for eg, high beam switch. the only mechanical problem i had was the steering cones had to be tighten quite frequently ?other than that, not much problems.
