You can ask raden as he is selling his 125 cc.

Stock top is only 110 km/h but wif mods....the realistic top speed would be 120 km/h unless u also get a racing exhaust system like moriwaki.

F/C averages @ 30 depending on your riding habits.

Check the first few pages of the thread for a general info abt the Rw

maintenance:

change battery every 2 years or until breakdown.

In Singapore where headlights are compulsory 24 by 7, a realistic figure would be a year....unless u super kiasu and push start the bike everytime just to save battery :cheeky:

use it cautiously n try reading this article:

http://www.fuelsaving.info/cleaners.htm

Fuel saving home page:

http://www.fuelsaving.info/debunk.htm

u can never know wat r the chemical reactions unless thoroughly tested with print results.

example shell had a case decade ago, their v-power additives works well in hot climate but cause some engine problems in winter climate. shell were sue n they quickly removed the additive tat cause the problems, additive was developed in sillypore.

oil companies have done extensive tests with their products in fuel n oil additives, if fp-60 additive r good, i believe oil companies will buy them n use in their fuel products.

i have my doubts.

wow quiet scary sh#@%# i read in the article, it could do serious damage in the long run, fuhh.. :sian: looks like i will just follow the norm way, taking care the engine: oil change etc... better than making it suffer in slow death ps: hope those people noe what they are doing using the fp-60 on their engine :goodluck: thanks for the doubts uncle soh. :cheer:

sorry ah uncle soh, i read this thread all the way from 1st page till page 77... now im quite sure, i wanan follow my friend's path in also getting a X5 mainly cos it's not fast, good FC and hehe... suave.... but just need to know a few more things.

1) does it still cost 7.5 k for everything inclusive of COE and INSURANCE and stuffs?

2) i heard from fren that spare parts are rare and expensive for X5, is it true?

thx in advance. btw remember you posted 2 pics of RW with the head lamp modded? the one from france or germany i couldn't remember exact. are those mod officially accepted? cos i saw someone did it on S4, i wanna do it on my X5 if i get 1 also. >_

Not really....depends if u wan the original one or not? Lets say u wanna buy signal lamp...original one costs $30 per piece. Get a compatible one from other shops....

The reason why its a bit more expensive is becoz the agent needs to import the parts directly from Daelim Korea. Other shops can mass order parts coz the no of bikes using those parts are many. (e.g Honda, Yamaha). Some also have imitation parts as well.

However best to use original parts for the engine unless u can find a suitable substitute that confirm will fit cun cun one. (e.g. main jet, signal lamps, brake pads etc )

Haha...Uncle coz uncle very "wise"...hehez...

Regarding major accident....of coz will be ex no matter what bike u ride....unless the damage is cosmetic only. Exterior wise, RW is cheap coz parts are mostly plastic. Unless if u have a dented fork, internal engine damage.

Best is to always get first party insurance so in case of accidents, u just need to pay the "excess" charge, provided that the repair costs exceeds the "excess" charge as stated in your insurance policy. Second best is second party (or Third Party, Fire & Theft Policy - TFTP insurance), covers the above mentioned.

Third Party policy will only cover the other vehicle's repair cost NOT yours. If your bike is new and u have no experience and not working full time, i recommend you get 1st party. Once your bike is more than 3 years, or u have sufficient road experience or you have a stable income, then 2nd or 3rd party is ok. :goodluck:
