Hi ,

Can I check with you guys what is the operating wear & rear cost for the below

mentioned parts? for the 919

1) Clutch plate

2) battery

3) Rectifier

4) Steering cone.

5) Wheel bearings

6) DID O ring chain & sprocket

7) Break pads.

8) clutch/speedo/tachco cable

Thanks in advance .

1. clutch plates costs about 200 +/- bux, including gaskets, new EO, labour.

2. battery as our mates recommended. :thumb:

3. rectifier i recommend use 929 one, more lasting. about $110

4. steering cone is $58 without labour (whole front gotta strip down)

5. wheel bearings r cheap $40+ for front + rear

6. chain i use RK-X ring #530 + original sprocketS are $260 not including labour

7. Brake pads i use SBS, $29 per set/per calliper

8. clutch cable $17, speedo i not sure, but there is no tacho cable cos it works by digital sensor.

Yesterday was history, tomorrow is mystery, today is a blessing. I love today.

l paid $100 for both rectifier and Furukawa battery from LAB

tested and proven on my bike ....

last from sept 2003 sept to sept 2005

still can use but i change due to my recent trip.....

most blades owners dat i noe recomended me

to change battery n rectifier together

not seperately....

this helps to prolong the lifespan of the batt n rectifier :thumb:

actually if we ride our bike frequently, the batt and rectifier will not spoil so easily... if we keep it as weekend bike, the batt and rec will last about 1 year only...
