if u grind brake disc, you need to season the brake disc first. The braking will be ineffective at first. SO muz use rear brake or engine brake. After a few weeks, when the brake disc had so called run-in already, then will be effective... better than last time for sure.

wahh.. you all can go 285km/hr ahh.. I think my bike can go 270km/hr.. as tested by another friend who rides cbr919 before... I haven't tried my bike max before.. so I dunno.. Mine is a stock bike except with knn air filter only..

I guess you all must have some mod so that it can go 285km/hr right??

mine is with K&N air filter + full system. no dynojet...i feel dat all stock bikes can go more than 285km/h, provided its in good condition. previously my bike can hit abt 275km/h only. after i changed my clutch plates then at 285km/h still can feel the engine pulling n i know it can still go faster... :gun:

actually our fireblade is consider not dat power in stock condition. the ZX9R in stock can hit almost 300kmh at ease, n the thing pulls like mad when u bang the throttle at 200kmh. :giddy: dats for straight line speed, talk abt handling i would say the blade handles better cos its very much lighter. :thumb:

to everybody that is coming for the tsunami charity ride, i would like to make an appeal, since there are many bikers who have PM me about the arrival time + waiting place etc. since there are many groups coming, i would need u guys help n a little effort to plan the arrival time of this trip. it will be better if everybody arrive at the ayer keroh toll booth at around the same time. since the function starts at 2pm, the best time to arrive is 12.30-1.00pm. i hope u guys can organize among urselves about the departure time from spore so that everybody reaches ayer keroh at the mentioned time. reason is i am afraid that all the marshalls will be quite busy organizing things, so there is only 1 time slot to wait for everybody to arrive and then we will escort to the destination.

if there are many groups arriving at different time slots, the marshals will surely have trouble to escort every single group to the destination rite? so i hope u guys understand our situation, thanks a lot. will be open to any comments/questions and will try my best to help u guys. cheers!
