Why is everybody talking about Suzuki K7, R1 '07, nobody talking about CBR 1000?!

I checked out their horsepowers online: 1) Suzuki, 2) Yamaha, 3) Honda. Didn't get to check Kawasaki though.

1) Personally I feel Honda bikes are more stylish even though they offer a bit less power. But even then, these small differences can be easily cancelled out by riding style, after pipes etc right?

Suzuki's looks too big for me, while I prefer the older but more sporty looking R1s.

2) Is it true that Honda bikes are generally low in maintenance like their cars?

3) A guy at Albert said that Suziki has the best technology like the discussed 3 maps to switch from the 600cc to the 1000cc feel. Don't the other bikes like Honda and Yamaha have their own tech to boast?

4) How's the petrol consumption between them? Or like what ppl say: "when u get your 1L bike, petrol dun matter."?

I think it's already been here for quite some time. If you go past Mah Pte, the CBR1000 '07 has been on display since last month.. But wouldn't really know if it's just a display stock or the already have the shipment in.

Why is everybody talking about Suzuki K7, R1 '07, nobody talking about CBR 1000?! It's because people are talking bout power, among all this litre bikes only Honda had the less Horsy.

I checked out their horsepowers online: 1) Suzuki, 2) Yamaha, 3) Honda. Didn't get to check Kawasaki though. Kawa claim their bike HP at 180hp

1) Personally I feel Honda bikes are more stylish even though they offer a bit less power. But even then, these small differences can be easily cancelled out by riding style, after pipes etc right? I agreed on this issue but DO HONDA HAD THEIR'S ALTENATOR COIL SOLVE, it's honda biggest problem from 04,05 and 06. I myself riding 04, had my altenator coil change once.

Suzuki's looks too big for me, while I prefer the older but more sporty looking R1s. Actually they look ok. Thought their exhausts as big as 06 but physically it a bit smaller. The rest of it, perfect.

2) Is it true that Honda bikes are generally low in maintenance like their cars?

Not quite true. All litre bike maintenance are similiar. Only Honda engine give better engine performance year after year, and that depend on the owner care on how strict they had the engine oil change.

3) A guy at Albert said that Suziki has the best technology like the discussed 3 maps to switch from the 600cc to the 1000cc feel. Don't the other bikes like Honda and Yamaha have their own tech to boast? Technology no but machanical spec Yes. Refer to their own website for ref:.

4) How's the petrol consumption between them? Or like what ppl say: "when u get your 1L bike, petrol dun matter."?

For Gixxer and Blader are similiar they had 18ltr tank but diff in consumtion when the bike is on the run. And for Yamaha is 17ltr tank but not sure on the Kawa.:thumb:
