Sorry, didnt mean to spoil the thread.... I am interested in getting a Kymco downtown 300 or Xciting 400 ... Whats the diff and advice? Do you guys happen to know any potential seller?

Any recommended tyres for the Xciting 400?

Mine are due for a change, esp the rear....been using the stock tires.

 

Prefer durability over performance tires (hence more economical in terms of pricing)....Any recommended brand/model?

Hi, anyone knows how much xciting 400i ABS otr (with COE)? Unique Motorsports quoted me $17000 otr. Is that price realistic compared to other dealers? Cannot call the bikeshop tomorrow, all close tml. Appreciate your reply.

 

Btw, I'm considering between a used downtown 300i (about $9K) and a new xciting 400i ABS. I like the killing look on xciting and its temping ABS. mind shedding some lights? DT300i on the other hand is cheaper

Anyone installed the SHAD SH45 n faced problem with water seeping into the box during raining? This happened to me more than 4 times already, not sure where the water went in from

 

N also experienced twice that my hazard light actually came on by itself. First time it happened 2 weeks ago n just now it happened again

If u have installed the box cushion with drilled thru holes, most likely is the problem.

MS helped me to seal the hole with silicon gel, unless it was not done properly
