i got arai, shoei and hyper.

 

Personally i feel hyper is the best.

 

if u dun mind getting LAB helmet would be better.

I checked the Nolan n43 on Google, it's quite ugly IMO. No offence! Anyway, I have put Shoei out of the equation already; deciding between Arai and AGV. My heart is leaning more towards getting an Arai though, for the looks factor. Also, I heard Arai's are really light out of the 3.

 

 

 

Was considering the AGV S-4 too, saw somebody riding a motard and wearing it. However, the matt finishing puts me off. Prefer a shiny finishing.

 

Sorry I seem so anal about getting a helmet! I really view it as a serious process and I just want the best for my head. I was also considering getting the Ducati helmets (Suomy). Anyone have reviews for them?

 

NEVER, EVER buy a helmet based on the brand, design or price. Always buy a helmet that fits you, is comfortable and suitable for the intended use. A race spec helmet will not be suitable for daily use and vice versa.

Thank you very much for the advice! I have to admit, I was a bit blinded by the prospect of owning a new (expensive, and good looking) helmet that I forgot this simple piece of advice that I've heard countless times.

 

Hopefully I'll find a helmet that I enjoy wearing personally, and not based so much on the opinions of others. What's important is that it serves its purpose and fits nicely, protecting me!

your legal options are gpr titanium or carbon pipes. For best performance use termis. 1st offence caught is 500. Thats why many of us keep stock spares. I have a pair of carbon termis for sale. Message me if interested and we can discuss further. Cheers:)

I was wondering if there was anyone here who know where I am able to find a digital meter for my m400?

 

It would be nice if it included a tachometer, voltmeter, and temperature gauge as well. If not, I'll get the voltmeter and temperature gauge separately.

 

And since we're on the topic, where could I find good/reliable voltmeters and temperature gauges for our bikes?

Yes, I'm riding a '97 Monster 400. Well, if that's the case, only the cost is an issue to me at the moment.

 

As for buying the digital meters online and them being in mph, it's fine by me to ride at 90mph. If we get caught for speeding, at least we have an excuse to say that we didn't realise the meters were reading mph instead of kph. =p
