Yesterday night start engine, my engine has not warm-up yet, but I never wait & jump on the Zed to start off.

 

Then only about 5 meters the Engine stop & die-off, I think is piston-jam due to lack of engine oil lubrication or the engine oil is too cold for its optimum function :giddy:

 

Start the engine again & let it run for awhile, the engine is reborn again... Hope my engine is okay :sweat:

New bike must warm up firstlah Ah Fai. Just to be safe. If seasoned bike like my R1, start the bike can ride already... :cheeky:

Anyway next time I ride die die must warm-up first :sweat:

when engine die off, the light sure come on.. cos the oil not circulating. no pressure. dun worry nothing bad will happen.. thinkyou never warm up enough....

jus warm up a bit will do already. and piston jam not so easy mate!! especially our bikes are engineered to take some beating. how to spoil at your slow speed? so dun wory lah.. :cheeky:

 

my bike on its first startup die off. cos i too excited liao.. once i start it, i blow it!!! then it die off.... :sweat:

Warm up a while can already lah. dun let it idle for too long... for me, in the morning, i start up, then let the oil move around a bit, temp starts rising, i move off at low rpm in the carpark. cos my carpark quite bit lah.. when reach the exit already 70+ temp liao... so can start going fast after that.. anyone with other suggestions?

So how much is your low rpm? I try around 2000rpm when I start off, still okay :thumb:
