It is his choice to confirm before posting and it is definitely his rights to be sure. If you are not happy with the way the threadstarter handle certain issues then my advice to you is to just ignore it.

 

I don't see what is wrong with making sure that one doesn't invoke any legal offence or liability before performing any actions, there is no need for such harsh language. I'm sure alot of them here are merely interested in satisfying their own curiosity on the expense of others' dire consequences.

 

Anyway to the threadstarter, since you have already posted the shop's name on some other thread, I don't think it matters anymore whether you censor out the receipt or not.

anyway to 'blur' away the company name, contacts etc are actually for the sake of forumers who might unwillingly/unknowingly make some "sue-able" statements in the threads. Otherwise to post the receipt is fine as long the receipt is the original without amendments made by threadstarter.

 

Anyway by "exposing" the identify of the company is always a very sensitive issue, especially issues that might tarnish its reputation.

He is everywhere in this forum trying to let everyone know of his predicament. Now that he wants to let it out in the open rgdg the towing services or what have you, do it like a man. What's the point of censoring a receipt then? This way, the main issue is not being driven home effectively.

 

Want to shame a coy with evidences, do it in the open since you think you are being conned and that you are in the right. We have seen enough cases of bikers in here being conned/bullied by bike coys. At the same time, there are bikers who are being sued for wrongfully tarnishing the reputations of shops. For the latter case, i say, serve them right.

 

Oh yah, joining the forum in 2005 doesn't put you in the category of "new" i believe.

duh. i am not that free to tarnish a shop...

 

I am workin + sching at SIM ..

not even have time for studying i would not be so free to try destroyin a shop reputation..
