newbie here but not riding FJR,too ex for me now so riding a old 1000 bike.sound so interesting for short trip like mersing trip.just found out .hope can join ur in future.thks....

Good trip.. I beg your pardon Mr Clinton! Terry and I were trying to keep up with you.

 

Terry and I have never seen such a skillful rider for a long time. I witnessed and watched your every cornering skill delivered, smooth and linear. One thing I will say, you're skillful and confident on every corner you made during the Mersing Trunk ride.

 

Have to learn from you. ha ha . Really good trip.

@teamlm-I guess it really does make a difference if u've played with a litre sportsbike before. Really hope i can achieve that some day.

Yo Bro,

 

Cannot lah.. cornering 200km/hr on the trunk road is mission impossible for me. Average on small corner is about 90-110km/hr big corner i tried 140km-180km per hour.

 

During the last mersing trunk ride, i managed to "Grind Foot Pegs" couple of times.

 

You did that before too.

wa lau denrick really exagerate. " kuo jiang kuo jiang" my head become vey big liao almost cannot wear helmet been riding sports bikes since 1993 2B ride nsr150 up to class 2 about 12 years plus liao somemore did alot of track mileage. plus got italian coach on the track until i wrecked my R1 i would go track almost every weekend.

really " kuo jiang kuo jiang" thanks for your praises i really don't deserve it.

is there talk of a melaka ride? count me in hope to see a bigger turn-out this time.

Am actually looking into getting a FJR but not very sure bout the actual market of these bike. Any one can tell me roughly a Oct 03 registered bike with ABS should cost(Bike alone)? Or how much should i expect to pay to be OTR? Thanks alot... hope to join you all soon for the trips up north....

market rate for machine price of '02-'03 model is still ard $17-19K... '04-'05 model ranges from 20-24K....

 

depending on how lucky u are... a few of our guyz got a superdly good deal for their '05 models.... hor maveric n donjames?? hahaha~~

03' model onwards have. As long as u see the front signal light is flush type, its ABS.

'03 n '04 models still got the option of ABS or non-ABS...

 

But '05 onwards... all FJRs comes with ABS.

Last time mirror used to be $77. Tot i told u to try AUto? Mirror they used to sell at $55 only. Try getting the quotes from them ya.

u can tell them u provide the parts to them lor.. or u ask them to get from auto specifically. If u need rite, i can call up auto and ask for those quote and availabilty, time needed to wait.
